Meet TabithA Cantu

I am passionate about helping women and teen girls break cycles of people-pleasing, perfectionism, and relationship struggles that often get passed down or reinforced through culture, family roles, or life experiences. As a Hispanic therapist, I understand the unique pressures that can come from family expectations, cultural values, caregiving roles, and balancing your own needs with those of others.

Therapy can be a space where you begin to reconnect with your voice, your identity, and your sense of self-worth.

My Approach

I take a warm, direct, goal-oriented approach grounded in authenticity and trust. I believe being honest with yourself is an important part of creating meaningful change and personal growth. I strive to create a safe emotional space where you feel supported and heard. A little about my background: I earned my Associate Degree in Child Development from El Paso Community College. I later received my Bachelor’s Degree in Multidisciplinary Studies from The University of Texas at El Paso, followed by my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Boise State University.
