Helping Women & Teen girls (13+) to be your most authentic self
Virtual therapy for women and teens(13+) tailored to your needs in TX, NM and FL.

As a Hispanic therapist, I deeply value cultural identity and the ways our environments shape who we become. Culture, family expectations, generational beliefs, school pressures, and societal messages can all influence how women and teen girls see themselves and their worth.
In our work together, I honor your background and lived experiences while also helping you explore what feels authentic to you. My goal is not to change who you are, but to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to the version of yourself that exists beneath all the pressure and expectations.
I provide virtual therapy for clients in Texas, New Mexico, and Florida. I have also lived in each of these wonderful states and understand the community challenges.

I especially enjoy working with WOMEN and TEEN GIRLS because I understand firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to balance expectations, relationships, social pressures, and PERSONAL GROWTH while trying to figure out who you are. Many females struggle silently with anxiety, life transitions, relationships or feeling misunderstood. I believe you deserve a space where you feel heard, validated, and EMPOWERED.
If you have ever struggled with feeling like you have a million tabs running through your head, or can't seem to make time for friends, even though you feel isolated, then welcome, you're in the right place!
I help people gain the COPING TOOLS to learn to trust themselves and the POWER they hold. Therapy is not about "fixing you." It is about managing symptoms and being RESILIENT to life's constant challenges. So take a chance on YOURSELF! BOOK TODAY- and learn all the good and ooey-gooey parts that make up the wonderful human that you are.
