Virtual therapy for women and teens(14+) tailored to your journey!

As a Hispanic therapist, I also value the importance of cultural identity and lived experience in the healing process. I believe culture, family expectations, generational beliefs, and societal pressures can deeply influence how women and teen view themselves and their worth. In my work, I strive to honor each client’s background and identity while also helping them explore what feels authentic to them as individuals. My goal is never to change who you are, but to help you feel more grounded and confident in who you already are beneath the pressure and expectations you may carry.

I especially enjoy working with women and teen girls because I understand how overwhelming it can feel to balance expectations, relationships, social pressures, and personal growth while trying to figure out who you are. Many females struggle silently, with anxiety, life transitions, relationships or feeling misunderstood. I believe they deserve a space where they feel heard, validated, and empowered.
I wanted to be a help and a teacher. I earned my Associate Degree in Child Development from El Paso Community College. I later received my Bachelor’s Degree in Multidisciplinary Studies from The University of Texas at El Paso, followed by my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Boise State University.
