Healing Begins With You
My Approach
Sometimes it feels like everyone expects you to have it all together—even when you’re overwhelmed on the inside. Therapy is a place where you don’t have to pretend. My approach is warm, direct, honest, and supportive. We’ll have real conversations, work through what’s weighing on you, and build skills that help you feel more confident in handling life’s ups and downs.
A little about my background: I earned my Associate Degree in Child Development from El Paso Community College. I later received my Bachelor’s Degree in Multidisciplinary Studies from The University of Texas at El Paso, followed by my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Boise State University.
I help people gain the COPING TOOLS to learn to trust themselves and the POWER they hold. You don’t need to have all the answers before starting therapy. My job isn’t to tell you how to live your life—it’s to help you better understand yourself, work through what’s getting in your way, and remind you that you’re more capable than you may realize.
Therapy is not about "fixing you." It is about managing symptoms and being RESILIENT to life's constant challenges. So take a chance on YOURSELF! BOOK TODAY- and learn all the good and ooey-gooey parts that make up the wonderful human that you are.
